Well thanks to our dave i now have a CarMad '99 spec front!

well impressed with the fit and finish, minor fettling needed only!

This is bolted on as it came:cool3:

Just got to cut it up now and re-glass it and lose the no' plate plinth...........:scared:

 

Impressed with the fit Dave !! nice work .

We fitted a lot more expensive ones and they,re nowhere near as good fitting as that :bow:

Been doing a bit more............

Smoothing the 99 spec bumper.The trouble is the lower splitter section sticks out more than the top bumper above the swage.

So it meant cutting and shutting the lower corners,

I managed to push the lower section in about 12mm to make filling the swage easier.....Time to re-glass the Bumper,

Also the number plate plinth was cut off.

plenty of glass on the rear.....

Then started with bridger then Body filler.

Real James Bond style mate, will that hold up to wind buffeting when you're caning it down the motorway??
