Might be worth asking Noel to remove the photo mate.

I guess if you've checked the above then my post has no real point, just saw the picture and wondered where the main issue is given the evidence but if TNT are saying its not them then I guess only DK can answer that one.

Out of interest, did you not use PayPal or was it sent as a gift etc?

Already done.

Paypal isn't the issue. I recently had a fellow member send money to me via Special Delivery for an item. Does that then give me the option to scam him just because it's easier?

I have PMs from the seller in question giving me serious grief because I refused to buy something from him using Paypal Gift. He accused me of trying to screw up his sales or something.

On the other hand, I also have a £2 refund for a postal charge for some reason from a couple years ago. Swings & roundabouts

I was more thinking along the lines of obtaining a refund quickly mate.

HE CLAIMS THEY `LOST` IT! Wait..hasn`t he said that before over some shocks?

Yes he did say all of this and more about some shocks!! And when he finally sent me some they where crap. So rather than waste my time I got some others of t.mogsy which magicly came 4 days later and in pristine condition (strange as it took 4 weeks to get crap ones from him).

Good luck mate.

Foolishly..well not really as i tend to trust members of our club, (and try to help where i can), it was done as a gift. But as noz said that`s not really the issue. This sort of behaviour needs to be nipped in the bud as it were before others lose out. He picked the wrong person to muck around.

dkboro121 still owes me money that was like 8 months ago now said he would give it back but he never did total ****er am sure we will cross paths one day

I`ve been in touch with tnt`s fraud dept too regarding this as it directly involves them. Just waiting upon a reply.

If everybody that has been scammed or owed money by him speaks up then the case against him will only get stronger and in the eyes of the law be in the public interest. I`m not short on legal representation or police help/advice.

The other thing is if people are owed money then a collective claim through the small claims court can be a viable option.

I`m not the only one to check. Once he posted the ticket up others tried to check via the tnt service too with the same results. It`s all a mega pain in the arse. Good side is discovering there are some genuinely good people within our community that make this all worth it.

Can this guy just not get his shit together or something? How can someone have so many issues with stuff he's selling? L.A.M.E

Yeah, there's loads of good people on here mate. I hope you'd can resolve the issue amicably.

On a side note, this is the reason I never sell any of the goodies from the cave. I always worry something will go wrong. On the odd occasion when I have sold stuff I've messaged to check they get the stuff. Guess its easier when sending the odd thing as opposed to someone who sells a lot of bits

No, not at all. I have sold many high value items and not had ONE issue with a parcel being "lost" in this way. Everything goes tracked. It's all just delaying tactics hoping that the buyer/victim will just let it slide and not pursue the matter. How can a differential be lost by a courier company? Sure, dropped off a pallet perhaps and cursed at.... But LOST? Not a chance. Plus, there are no tracking details provided.

I'm sure these things won't go missing if he was to actually send them in the first place!!
