Wipers

At about 100 if i switch my wipers they struggle like mad to sweep the screen. At a bit more than that they lift off the screen and waggle around 3 inches off the glass as the wiper motor fights against the draught. This clearly limits top speed at any time it's raining even lightly. I bought wipers with a aerofoil but it makes no difference.

 

Is this just me or do all Z's suffer from this. If not whats the solution?
