i need to raise my front suspention on front of car as by 5 mm does anyone know where i can get some made it is standard set up but just catches my bumper on drive when i go in and out

You can buy spring asisstor blocks for towing, they are a rubber block that goes between a pair of coils, they generally raise the car up a bit.

You'll find that most coilovers will be substantially lower than stock on the highest setting unless you mess with the preload a fair bit. If your having ride height problems on stock springs they must have sagged a fair amount so you will be better off replacing them rather than getting coilovers, you'll save money too.
