Cambelt tensioner?

When changing my cambelt, pulleys and water pump on my 125000 mile UK car is it recommended to change the tensioner aswell? If so, where can I get one from?

    Providing the swing arm is not seized on the adjuster and the plunger is still in good condition then will be fine, they are expensive new and a Nissan only part.
