Does anyone have a drivers side stock turbo for my UK manual? I want a good, none smoky unit.

I am also after a working brake servo for the same car.

I will need the parts posting to Stoke on Trent and can pay via paypal.

Thanks, Dan

I have a brake servo for £25 delivered Dan but can't help with the turbo

i have a turbo which was tried and tested from a jdm car i'm unsure if theres a difference in the fitting from jdm to uk cars, servo £110 for the pair including delivery

danny it would be very wise to Fit reconditioned units to your car m8 ... with the amount of Used turbos around .. and the age and mileage they have done by now .. there will be No good ones at all .. unless the unit your buying comes with some form of receipt of rebuild and a warranty

if your interested i can sort you out Used .. and ( Reconditioned or even hybrid units with warranty )

and all your other used parts you need

i was going to say the same about reconditioning the units but was unsure if danny had considered the other options

even reconditioning your own units might be a suitable option

when all options have being considered let me know i assure you the turbo i have is great quality and only covered 90km

Sorry-dannyjhunter@Hotmail.com

Just sent you a request Dan if you still require it

A case of turning the flange around? What about auto/manual turbos? Does this matter either?

Auto turbos are smaller, I can't tell you wether that's the exhaust turbine itself or exhaust housing, maybe both. What you do to swap sides is remove the Wastegate actuator, undo the four bolts on the rear and rotate, the front has a ******* of a circlip which you do the same. The process is known as clocking. Then you need the relevant outlet from the front housing iirc one goes straight up the other is a 90, pretty sure both come off and can be swapped. If they can't changing the front housing isn't difficult it just involves that ******* circlip in your way.

Like all things it's easier to say than do, the exhaust housing particularly can be a touch er attached to the core lol. I had to use a lump hammer but you have to be careful not to damage the impeller wheels the gap is tiny and there made from rose petals and dreams so pretty fragile lol.

Cheers Stephen, I will keep that post handy.

Baz did you get my email regarding the turbo along with payment for the servo?

Thanks, Dan

It's just the turbine housings that differ, A/R 0.63 for manual, A/R 0.54 for autos.
