Does anyone use one? Obviously the car has to be spotlessly clean and dry before installation but are they more trouble than they're worth? Potentially causing more scratches being a snug fit, would it be safer and more cost effective to just use a large piece of soft material and naturally drape it over the car?

Or am I missing the point? I understand the issues associated with outdoor covers, wind and chaffing but I'm referring to indoor covers only.

Regards,

Joel.
