Is this sticker std on a new zed

Found this sticker on the inner front painted part of my doors ie they are on both sides. Are they std or are pitwork some aftermarket people ?

    Could be a cam belt or oil filter reminder I had a pit work oil filter and aux belts on mine when it came over from japan .
