Help Please

I can't see to locate my ABS unit.

 

I thought it was supposed to be under the back seats behind the passenger set. But there is nothing there apart from an amp for the rear bose speakers.

 

Anyone know where I can find it on my Jap spec G reg ?

    OK panic over. I was reading a site when the car was left hand drive which meant the ABS was behind the drivers seat.

     

    Took off the pannel and there he was. !!!!!
