I'd be looking closely at that repair.

If one sill has gone, chances are the other will be well on the way. They rot from the inside out he really so it's difficult to always see.

    Lexx has a very good point there - the car looks tidy in the photos, but there could be a lot hidden away.... My advice would be to go and have a good look before you buy; and see if someone on here local to you can pop along as well.....
