Redwine no thats cool that be done anyway I asked oilman he gave me a list just wondered if there was anything else that could help what bout some the enginecleaners u put in just before u change oil any thoughts. ?

if you want to do a flush, use a mixture of diesel and gearbox oil roughly 70/30.

Guy called smiffie who runs the Soarer Sanctuary has been doing this to 1jzgte and 1uzfe engines for years and it really cleans the crud out of an engine and the oil is golden for ages afterward

I did it with my old v8 soarer, after flushing the engine through 4 times I got all the shit outta the engine.

After that the oil looked brand new 4 months later when I crashed it lol.

So what do I do drain existing oil and just literally pour mixture rut through letting it drain straight back out again ?

Generally speaking an engine flush should be added to existing oil and ran for no more than 20 minutes.

Then drain the oil whilst stil warm. I then put a cheaper oil through a couple of times, again for about 20 minutes before finishing off with the expensive stuff.

Did this to mine not long back and the oil still looks like new, mind you it has only done a couple of hundred miles and I am confident it is very clean.

By the way, try not to add fresh oil to a hot/warm engine.

yup, just don't rev the engine and let it run for 15-20 mins and keep an eye on the temps etc :)
