Photoshop help please :)

I'm really hoping someone can help me pretty urgently. I need 5 photos cropped and moved around so 4 of them are 5cm x 8cm and 1 is 12cm x17cm.

 

Basically I need to put these 5 photos into a frame that holds 5 pictures. So I need to give my friend a jpeg so he can print an A4 sheet on photo paper that I can just cut the photos out and fit into the frame.

 

Can anyone help me with that?

    Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Lee for sorting this for me. Got it printed last night, so gonna fit them in the frame this morning. I think she'll be really happy with it :)
