Bought a set of plugs from a very friendly Nissan dealer in B.ham good discount, not as cheap as Lukes though, anyway finally did them yersterday pain in the ass removing the balancer tube etc,etc Have been very surprised that my zed is running much smoother even the auto box feels sweeter have noticed though my tick over rose to 950rpm in park until I had done 100+ miles is this any thing to do with the better fuel burning and the ecu relearning? any thoughts anyone? cheers Jeff TT

Hiya Jeff,

I presume you had your battery disconnected while you did the plugs??? If this is the case then yes, the high idle was probably the ecu re-learning.

Hope this helps,

Andy
