After selling my Zed about a month ago, I've been kicking myself everyday I have to drive to work in my gay little C2 vtr.

So have been looking for another Zed, and think I've found one! But its in Coventry.

Was hoping that there was someone who could possibly go and look at it for me to make sure its not swiss cheese.

Go with the head mate.

In a week a so's time you will probably be looking at a different Zed and thinking, wow! I'm glad I walked away.

But at the end of the day, it's your decision mate.

 

ps It's a pretty crappy repair by the way.

I Bought my last 2 zeds for £1200 (strange but true), my silver n/a manual which was in extremely good condition and my black TT auto which needed the sills doing.

Both were 100 times better than that one! I'm sure, just as you say, another much better Zed will come up for sale soon.

Hopefully Mikey will sell me the one he has just bought for a reasonable price once he's welded up the huge hole in the sill :)

If anyone wants there zeds welded I will do it, I don't mind travelling and will be working in Yeovil soon.

You seen the one I repaired and that was a shit job using sheet steel and a hammer !

Nah not relocating, im a sub contractor so work for a month or two then back home for a week.

Ahh, not a million miles away from me. Your just inside Somerset there I'm the other side of Dorset, not round the corner but not miles away.

I wont be in a Zed at first, but pretty soon I will have toolboxtrevs white one :)
