I'm looking into possibly a different bumper instead of the 99 spec but it's made of Frp: Fibreglass reinforced plastic.

 

Is this different from just fibreglass bumpers? Looking at the twinz kit's

I had a prelude and I bought a bodykit for it, it was expensive not a cheap one,

I parked it outside my house a transit reversed back into it hit the front bumper and it fell apart it just shattered,

 

I now have an original 99spec bumper and when I was working on the car a while back the car came off the stands and fell to the floor, under the front bumper was a wheel and the bumper had wrapped completely round the wheel I thought it would be wrecked,

When I jacked the car up it bloody popped out and u wouldn't even know,

So me I'd take the urethane bumper over fibreglass any day...

If you can get urethane its the one to go for. FRP is f/glass I'm sure.
