remove 3M underseal

what do people think is the best way to remove the 3M spray which has ended up on my doors without damaging the paintwork ?

any tips appreciated :)

    cheers ollie - tried to protect the car as much as possible but very small grains of underseal have found there way onto my doors .

    ended up getting some stuff from halfrauds and it has done the Job , cheers for the suggestions though chaps
