Hi Guys, i need to lower the passenger window but the battery is flat. rather than wait overnight, can i hook up this 12V PSU to lower the window. i'm not starting or driving the car, i just need to lower the window. Would this be possible?

do you have a spare battery from another vehicle you temporarily connect?

I used a 12v 7amp RC battery to put mine up without any problems. I just connected the wires to the window motor and up she went. I think you'll be fine using that connected directly to the motor but not as a replacement for the battery..

just need 12V DC....plenty of stuff you can use like as Jeff has said a charger,or a starter powerpac or even a variable voltage tattoo transformer i use to test cordless drills i buy with no batterys:w00t:
