My dad has just built one

Pictures?!! :) ask him to make me one plz, and Bazs mate :D

Not seen it yet, but I'm guessing it will look better than that one (stronger metal).

He could build you one, but I dont know how much it would be. If you wanted to build one yourself you can buy the plans off ebay

I wouldn't have time to build myself, but would be interested if he could make a similar item for a similar price! The one on ebay has an option with wheels, so the car can be turned outside then rolled into the garage! and for £400 I think its a bargain to be honest :)

Go check it out Alfie :)

And it's around the corner from where I live!!!

I think I first saw these in Frosts but they had a weight limit - probably worth checking if anyone does buy one

Most recommend taking the engine out first. Not sure if the same applies for the one my dad built. I'm trying to find more info off him, but he's out at the mo.

Yeh, I've got a message out to the seller but he hasn't replied yet :( maybe our big fat zed's could be too heavy for it,

Just spoke to my dad, his is different. Uses hydrolic rams and heavy duty wheels. Could rotate a range rover without the engine. Could rotate a z with the engine in a bit, but not to much due to the fluids.

His cost £400 for the materials and lots of his time, selling similar ones on ebay for £1000

Just got a message back from the seller, It simply reads ..... " "it easily takes 2.5 tons " :0

Me too!! But will it tilt the gto without snapping ? Lol

Hrmmmmmm

It's more the shape that concerns me, rolling a dice is rather different to rolling a Borboun biscuit even if they are equal weight.

  • 3 weeks later...

Here's a pic on one half of his turner, as you can see it's a lot more heavy duty than that other one
