Hello amigos, some of you might have spotted my earlier thread asking for some history about this Zed, after some digging and viewing I decided to buy her :)

My name is Natalie, i'm from Blyth near Newcastle in the NE of England, I drove a Honda Integra DC5 as my daily but i've been after a RWD summer fun car for a while, this lovely lady came along and I was smitten

She was a trade-in to JM Imports, got her for an absolute bargain. Drove her straight to get new tyres on the front as they were badly needed and going to book her MOT next week, She is NA manual with a remap, BC suspension

As far as I can tell she is somewhat well known and might have been spotted at Japfest etc.

No dis-respect to her previous owner but there are some major changes I am making to get her to how I want her. I'm going to remove the sound system entirely (sorry..I appreciate hard work has gone into this but I really do not like them..not for me and can think of better things to use the money for), strip out the rear seats and get harnesses in, bought 99 spec rear lights and will be putting them in shortly as well as a smooth nose panel. Also may eventually swap the wheels for plain black spoke or chrome alloys.

I also should point out she will eventually be taken to Teesside and surrounding areas for drifting. I was told by a few members that this would not go down well..but I am very opinionated on cars- there will always be someone who doesn't like what you do with your own, but it's your car to do with as you please. She has 89k on the clock, I suspect this is in KM, it's time this little lady got out and saw some of the world :)

She's immaculate underneath, drives like an absolute dream, no bumps or noises. Needs new passenger door seal, paint and trim has not been well looked after (she's a respray from silver) so will be giving her a fill polish and wax next weekend. Also got a high level wing coming next month to go on. I love BGW

I'm absolutely over the moon today and so so happy to finally be a Zed owner :D Praying tomorrow is sunny and warm so I can get the roof panels off and go for a nice long drive. Onto the pictures, apologies they are such bad quality I will get a proper shoot of her with my DSLR once she's tidied up:

I cant seem to figure out how to send a PM:confused1:

Congratulation on the new car Natalie

I have also just purchased a new zed and tomfromthenorth suggested a good idea. My zed has a locked diff on it, which makes it a bit twitchy at normal driving. I understand you are going to be drifting your zed, so was wondering if you would be up for maybe swapping the diffs?

I just want the standard one back, so the car is more drivable for normal use.

Hiya Tonnie,

Congrats on the Zed :) Should definately meet up at some point, is it TT or NA?

I'm not sure I want to dive straight in with the diff..I want to actually learn to handle the car first- if you aren't in a hurry to do it I potentially might be looking to do it in a few months time after i've had time with it out on a track by myself, got a few issues with it to fix as well before I can start getting stuck in, happy to chat about it though

Hey,

Mine is a NA

I will probably be doing it soon. I will probably just buy a second hand one and change it out. Give me a shout if you are wanting it. Might stick it up for sale, when I pull it out

Awesome, I will definately consider buying it for later use- would like to know what the bearings are like on it really and whether it's lumpy or run ragged?

Keep me in mind when you take it out, if it's in good nick I will 99.999% be interested

AUP infingement..

Hey Nat,

Seen you at the Metrocentre show last Month. I have one of the KITT cars that go there. (me and 3 others started that show ya know.........)

I had a White Zed just like yours a few years back and regretted selling it, but had to sell it to build the Fast And Furious Elclipse. I think you know might know my friend Neil with the General Lee from Bedlington?

I looked all over to find out who owned the Zed to see if you wanted to sell it lol. Seen your boot install on Gumtree while i was looking. Weird thing is that i'd considered contacting Jurgen myself but i know he doesnt get many Zeds in. I really wanted another white one too but ended up with Yellow.

Hi Natalie,

I was looking at a silver 300zx tt registration K300 TTT. I was told you used to own this car. Is it possible to tell me a bit of history about the car.

Cheers Andrew
