Ok, Ive decided to strip my interior out of my Z, initially the seats and carpets and then... who knows what. Been in two minds about spending some money and making the car perfect but at the end of the day its a NA Auto and will never recoupe what I would need to spend to get it how I want it so...

Ive done a couple of sprint days and have to say I really enyoy it, the Z's a bit long and heavy which makes it a little clumbsy but with a few adjustents it could be even more fun, being auto wasnt a massive issue but may have the conversion done when funds allow. Also I'd like to see how much I can improve on the 16.6 drag times.

Not sure if there is any value in the Blue interior (I find it quite drab) but if any ones interested in it its in quite good nick, just a little fading on drivers seat bolster but not to bad, both seats are electric.

Hopefully Slick Pete will be along to offer some advive.... no... I cant afford a slicktop lol.

I need to keep the car road legal for a while as when I can afford the correct FIA gear I want to compete, while its road legal you can compete with a non race national B licence.

Any how.... watch this space :)

you've got the right idea for drag times get a manual box... my lwb NA did a 15.5 drag at the pod. had a full exhuast (inc manifold) and an induction kit. (not stripped at all)

im in the process of modifing it to improve on it, although i am going down the nitrous route, as you said they are just Na's at the end of the day might as well have fun with them.

Definatly remove the electric front seats, they weigh a factual tonne. I swear half the weight if the car is there lol. A single bucket seat as apposed to the full interior will be a massive weight reduction.
