headlamp bulb for Jspec

Can someone please remind me of the bulb spec for the dip beam on a Jspec, is it H1bc?

 

And any HID kit recommendations? my ageing eyes and the standard candles mean night driving is terrifying these days!

    If not buy one for similar money on ebay but you may have to wait a few weeks if you purchase from a seller in the far east.
