I have a problem with my digital clock in my zed sometimes it comes on and off and it resets the time as well which is annoying can any one help me if there is a way to fix it.

AndyP, one of our Committee members is your man mate, he fixes them. It's quite a common fault with the clocks I believe.

How it going mate thanks for the reply, I've been looking at your led dashboard light conversion and I'm very interested if you could do a full interior led light conversion including the clock once it's fixed if possible and maybe thinking the rear lights as well also could you get a pair of chrome door sills that light up with the logo, if you can get back to me on how we can go about it that would be fantastic. Thanks

Hi mate, the clock is an lcd same as the aircon display and although you can place a filter in front of them you cant do anything much with an led behind it, to alter the colour, but the rest of the dash and interior is fine to convert.

Door sills are like rocking horse poo lol, i did have a pair but sold them recently, but you can convert the black oem sill plates to light up, check out some threads on illuminated sills for the idea.

 

Rear Oem lights can be done, check out threads from phutumsch,

Hi Danny, you need to be a subscribed member to send pm's mate. It's well worth joining and is probably the best £20 (£10 renewal) you'll spend on your new zed. As for Groover's LED conversions, I've got them myself and they are top notch.

Hi Danny you would need to send me the bits to convert ie pods dash etc and i post back, probably best when you dont need the car for a week or doing some work on it.

Thanks for getting back to me, as for removing parts off the dash I wouldn't have a clue on where to start and I wouldn't like to risk breaking any thing, is it possible I could drive up to your home or a destination and have the full blue led light conversion done and pay you cash for the work which will be a lot easier for me, let me know what you think.

I live on the isle of wight lol, would cost you more to get down and come over on the ferry than it would for me to do the lot :biggrin:
