long story short . driving home from work 40 speed limit , was going through speed camera markings at 35 when it flashed twice, approaching the speed camera at the same time and near the white line on the opposite side of the road was a fast moving vehicle that had set the camera on my side of the road off , question is what the heck do I do about it , or who do I report the incident to. Im not a fan of speeding tickets , especially when im not !! .

Cheers

Think they measure your speed on how many white lines you've past during the 2 pictures, I could be wrong but if that's the case you should be ok.

Yea as Tom has stated its timed between the 2 flashes and the distance covered so you will be fine mate.

Make a note of what happened in diary so you remember when the letter arrives...... then write back stating what you just said and they should be able to measure distance you travelled between flashes as t.mogsy said.....

You should be fine.....

Watching my Z disintegrate on my driveway!!!

Yup - and don't worry about it!

I have been flashed by a camera in a 60mph zone whilst travelling at 45mph with the rest of the traffic; and nothing came of it....

....Similarly, when I ran a company vehicle fleet, I received a NIP accusing one of my drivers of "exceeding the (50mph) speed limit" and the speed the camera clocked him at was recorded as 47mph..... Needless to say I politely wrote back pointing out the very error of their ways and, funnily enough, never heard anything more!!

Richard:cool:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
