What is the name of this type of hat???

My cousin has been crying out for a hat like this since a year now; his birthday is coming up soon so I thought I would surprise him with one of them..they where famous in the early 70´s and I even recall them seeing them on those 1930´s movies with street gangs in NY city on Mickey Rooney films. Can anyone tell me if they know the name of these type of hats and where to buy one??

 

Hat is the jackson 5 member on the 1st beggining on the left.
