Replace the arms with adjustables. More hassle than its worth taking that lot out to replace the bushes. I don't even know whether energy suspension do that application anymore as people wanting that tend to buy SPL, Powertrix etc adjustable upper and lower arms which remove the need for new bushes.

 

If you're lowering your car anyway, you at the very least need the upper arms.

 

Or are you talking about the bushes on the rear hub assembly?

I all ready have adjustables rear upper arms and the 4 main sub bushes. just need lower arm bushes sway bar bushes just looking at the z centre now
