high load or not high load tyres

whats the best road to take here high load or not high load tyres? what works best with 300zx

Featured Replies

I'd have thought high load - the car weighs upwards of 1,580kg when stationary and the down-force exerted at high speed would necessitate an XL load rating.....

.....My SLK requires an XL load rating (92 I think) and that's some 200+kg lighter than a ZX at rest - although at full speed, who knows!

High performance tyres, in wider widths, with speed ratings of W, Y or Z would most likely all be of high load rating, I'd have thought...

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

makes sence mate yes. I remember having high loads on the Porsche the ride was very firm when went to no high load the ride was much better but was a bit to soft when going round corners fast
