i know there is a cheap replacement for the heater matrix. ive come across one and the guy says it was specifically designed for the zx. are there companies that make them specifically fault free?

Not come across a company other than nissan that makes the matrix, although the nissan primera matrix can be used as a substitute. Plenty of threads on here explaining. Try the search function mate.

i know the primera is a substitute as opposed to forking out for the dealers. is there something else better then the primera and cheaper then the dealers? or is this person just trying to make a quick buck

The primera p10 is a perfect replacement and considerably cheaper than oem for 300zx, i would go with the tried and tested over the word of an unknown source to get a sale.

And i would aslo say that there is no such thing guaranteed fault free, nothing in life is that perfect lol
