Hi,

Quick question, I have a part polished manifold and water pipes in the garage. What kinda value is in them fully polished? May get the wet and dry out to finish them over the weekend if its worth it.

Water pipes, if your talking about the front ones. About £30 I'd say, I just paid £35 for some chromed ones. Manifold, if you mean the the plenum and it's got the throttle bodies and they are done too about £200 if it's with out the TB then I'd say about 150. This is obviously dependant on how god a job you do

Dug out the plenum and pipes yesterday to continue polishing and thought feck this! lol. Think i may just drop them off and have them powdercoated! So anyone after a powdercoated plenum and water pipes?

I polished a plenum a few years back complete with throttle bodies and it sold for £80. Don't think it was worth the time and effort considering used standard ones sell for £40/50. I should have kept it for myself.

Plenty of options for powder coating but it will need to be a colour that appeals or is wanted by the buyer.

Well if someone wants a freshly powdercoated plenum and matching water pipes, will be getting dropped off this week so they can pick the colour! lol
