exhaust alterations

my swb exhaust is knackered but i have a stainless steel exhaust in storage from a lwb, i know obviously i would need to cut it down to fit the swb. is it possible to do this without damaging the exhausts performance

    Normally the LWB boxes are two long for a SWB . The angles on the pipes are different too.

    i'l have a look once the cars in the air, i'm not 2worried about the angles but obviously the boxes being 2big is going to put the idea to a holt
