Make it a Cinema Room/ man cave! and change the french doors to some nice big opening Bifold doors on the Conservatory!

Have you considered putting a new window in the existing side wall of Bedroom 1? And why doorways from all the bedrooms into the conservatory? That is a serious size conservatory! Nice one, and good luck with it all. It'll transform your home :cool2:

Befroom 1 and 2 will be my 2 kids bedrooms so want them to have direct access to the conservatory. There is another house on the side of bedroom 1 so cant put a window in. We already have the conservatory got it for free so will go up as is 5he now then we are getting the roof converted to a standard looking tiled roof. All going well it will be started in march

Nice one. Keep us updated with progress. I bet you can't wait to get started.

Yeah really cant wait to start it had the conservatory in storage for over a year now. But now we are actually gonna be in a position to get it moving with a litlr financial help from a family member

Hope you've got a nice big radiator for that conservatory- it will take some heating in winter!!

I had to flip the conservatory so its all mirrored lol. The conservatory is gonna have its roof converted so it will look like a normal roof then it gets 2 layers of insulation and finished with plasterboard. It will also have a full heated floor. We have changed the plans again today lol going to make the new bedroom into a large kitchen/dining room and the existing living room and kitchen 8nto a bedroom and en suite

yeah, that is good thinking.... that will be nice!!!!

so double doors or large windows from the new kitchen into the conservatory?

not sure what type of budget you'r on but...

when I was doing our extension I had a look at Ikea, very good selection of quality product, i bought all timber doors and tops.... it ended up cheaper than the standard laminate stuff from B&Q (mind you I did get stuff at Christmas with their sales) ...

Oh and I installed (most of) it myself... so if you're handy with the tools it's worth thinking about. :)

yeah been looking around. we currently have a white slab kitchen that's not that old to the plan is to re use all the base units, add more to what we need then get all new doors and worktops. il be able to install all the units myself then I can get my mate to nip down and do the worktops for me. handy being an electrician get to know a lot of contacts for this stuff. I rewired my mates house a few year back and his company does extensions ect iv spoke to him and iv just to pay material costs and pay the guys direct and they will come do my foundations ect so save me some more money

Looking good, now you just have to add the triple garage to the plans!
