I dropped the SLK off at MB for some work this morning and was supposed to have a courtesy car, but they hadn't booked one for me....

 

.....So they have given me a nice 63 plate CLS 350cdi Shooting Brake for the day....:biggrin:

 

I just need somewhere to go in it now...:wink:

Sure is Gaz. The only thing I don't like is the gear selector located on the steering column - even on an auto, I like to see the lever mounted between the front seats.....

 

.....That, and I cannot seem to get my phone connected to the COMAND system!! But they are minor gripes - it's lovely. And I would certainly like a blast in the AMG63 version:biggrin:

Saw this ages ago pre launch, really don't like it lol!

 

And the option of kitting out the back in walnut or whatever makes it loom like a hurst for dwarves! :blink:

 

Possibly the most pointless car in mercs range at the mo (apart from the horrible GLK which thankfully we don't get in the uk) none of the advantage of an estate and ruined the lines of a "coupe"

a name i havnt heard or used since i was a kid shooting brake to us was a mini bus. dont ask me why, i was to young and thats what it was, but hey mini bus has come leaps and bounds looking at this lol.
