White cream under the rad cap

Hi all,

I am stuck here, I have cream under the rad cap no obvious water in the oil dip stick nothing under the oil filler cap but I have just topped it up with rad fill as the rad does have a small leak, I have a japfest rad now and will replace in the next few days but I am worried about the cream on the rad cab???

Please advise
