Howdy folks, anyone out there know where there is an online copy of the Z32 manual? I'm sure there used to be one on this site somewhere. Specifically, I'm trying to get information on the throttle position sensor; what it looks like, where under the bonnet to find it, how to check to see whether it's faulty, how to replace etc. I've still got some peculiar probs and am slowly working my way through all the ideas you guys suggested. Although, the problem I had with the tickover alternating between one day being constant at 2000rpm, and then the next being normal but the revs fluctuating/dipping whilst cruising at any speed has, for the moment at least, disappeared, just like that! Wierd. But, it has developed another strange problem; I can get in it on the odd morning and the speedo won't work accompanied by the power steering not working properly (did it yesterday), but, if I stop, turn the engine off, then restart her a few moments later, hey presto, both faults gone!!??!!?!?!?

The TPS is a small black box about the size of a matchbox on the side of the passenger side throttle body. There is a connector pointing straight forward which is for hard/soft idle switch. and a connector on a flying lead which is the throttle position signal.

The problem with the speedo and the PAS is almost deffinatly a problem with the vehicle speed sensor.

is the problem with the speed sensor easily rectifiable? and what does the passenger side throttle body look like. Cheers for your advice by the way.
