Led side lights jap 93

long story short , fitted bigger intercoolers and had to shave the entire side light bulb fitting off, converted my bumper fog lights to act as side lights to appease mr mot , now I want my sidelights back , im thinking of putting a LED bulb into the aperture , and then connecting to the original wiring , ive never done this before , nor do I know what is really involved , can anyone give me a stoooopids guide from what I need to buy to how I wire it up please , thanks

You just need to go on ebay and buy some 501 bulb holders with tails, and yes dremel out an hole to accomodate them in your indicator units.

 

There are 3 wires to your fog light, one is ground, one is for your H3 fog bulbs and the other your side lights, you just need to run across with a ground and the side light one to the corner indicator units, keeping a ground and the fog wire there for your fogs to work in the fog light housing only.
