well what a way to start a weekend arrived at JAE dad calls me over and tells me i am now the proud owner of a zed to be more specific a 1989 SWB in silver shame its only a N/A and Auto but that may get changed sooner or later this car used to belong to Ade (gurteen) and more recently mark freeman few bits need sorting on it but thats about it

It can happen to anyone mate exactly with zeds in icy and wet conditions there's no pissing around one mistake and your gone

I scared the life out of my mum a couple of weeks back :lol: was in a big open car park and felt the arse end dancing. Naturally like any man would, i made the zed dance around the car park :lol: got a clip round the ear but it was worth it :dance:

Killed my first zed due to a patch of black ice, not catching it quick enough and bouncing off the central res barriers twice while doing a full 720 on the A47.

it is mate.. But the funny thing was, I was only doing 60 at the time!! Had just hit boost (not full chat foot, down stuff) and before I knew what was happening my arse end was going the wrong way..

Nice one Ian, i know youve always wanted one when we spoke the other year at JAE and the more you can learn about the zed, the more your old man will be asking you to do lol, so bear that in mind too :biggrin:

Cheers groover Well my first Job on it is to a compression test to track down the source of 1 of the cylinders misfiring I think it's probably just the injector but we will soon find out
