Does anyone know where to get those rear subframe spacers cheap in the UK?

I will be replacing my sub frame bushes with energy suspension ones. Is there any benefit in fitting these spacers at the same time??

I understand from the person who makes the spacers that you dont need them with poly bushes.

Must have had them for at least 2 years.

Working fine. Initially worried they would squeak as some people reccomend the JWT bushes which are even harder than poly urethane. And after a few months I thought they were squeaking... turned out to be anti-roll bar.... all the rest of the components get a good beating with the new bushes as the subframe hardley moves, the rear wishbones do now.... more than ever. The handling is great, but now a little uncomfortable on a long journey with my upraded shocks...

One think to note is, make sure you get the Grease with the bushes (from energy suspension, should be included in the price).... and use it!

No spacers were used, just drill out the old and add the new.

Also when you have the subframe dropped out you can easily get to some of the diff bushes, I only had the load bearing ones replaced as they were easy and cheap to buy. (I think an extra hour or so work to replace the other diff bushes)
