Ok, so this is how it looks -

It's pretty much just surface rust, everything is solid and it's not time to start cutting up the body (I've had my fair share of that...and lost! lol)

I obviously can't get at it to rub it down, so my question is what should I do with it?

I thought about pouring rust eater in there and leave it for a while, then rinse that out, dry it out with a hair drying, then fill it with zinc pain or Waxoyl etc (maybe old oil?), but I don't want the rust to survive and make a come-back.

I may well do that targa drain mod someone did and bring rubber tubing through a hole in the bottom of the sill.

I am using Bilt hammer due to Redwine300's recommendation and they do some superb stuff..... I am using the rust remover for my brake discs when I get them off.......

Look at their website.....

Cheers everyone, I have a couple of options then.

Both look good, but as long as they get rid of the rust, for good, then I'll be happy! :)
