Can you still get brand new carpets from anywhere, not mats, I have those, I want to change the colour of my carpets from grey to black but want new or really mint ones.

You can still get mint ones if you hunt around. Mine are like brand new, not a single mark or wear mark (they are the originals). You want pre-94 carpets also as anything after use a cheaper low grade carpet, not the nice deep-pile high quality one you seen in earlier cars.

To give you an idea, a LHD one from the US (which will be a lot cheaper) comes out at $650. So far, it looks like there aren't any black ones left. Imagine if you could source one from MJP or Nissan over here, you'll probably be about £700!

OOOHHHH NOOOO you mean I have to go look on the land of bling's website. That's a really dangerous place for me to look it will cost me a small fortune one day, turbo's, clear cam belt covers, injectors, gauges .......the list goes on

At that price they can stay grey !!!!! if it was around the £200 mark id be in

I know its not much use but mine looks like its had a new black carpet fitted by a previous owner, but I can't find any info about it in the receipts or spec sheet unfortunately. There is literally no wear to it still so assume its a newly fitted carpet rather than one that's come out of another car.

Must be somewhere who does them unless they were super rich and bought it off a Nissan main dealer!! I'm sure I've seen a company online that sells new seat covers for 300zx, maybe they do carpets too?

i know i have an account with them i just call up and they deliver when i have my card statement through its abought the same time as goods arriving so a few moments of happy before i open statement.

LHD only, so you'll get the foot rest where the passenger is.

But maybe if its stitched you could unpick it?

Then if you have Fairlady mats over it you wont see it?

There's more than just that Pete. The carpet sections at the front are completely different. They don't pull away on the driver's side so you can get to an ECU that isn't there, it contours differently too. You'd have to hack it around too much for it to be viable.
