Right I need to gain 20 pounds of muscle tissue in other words MASS!

 

My gut feeling (too many eggs!) says that I need to ask the advice of someone who knows about MASS!

It's all about cubes, apparently:p LOL ... and how they add up to cubic metres, blah, blah ...... after all, it's not the mass of the muscle, it all depends on it's density. I think!

i once got chucked out of midnight MASS in chester cathedral one christmas eve for being blind drunk, it was always an ambition of mine since i was a kid, i remember my nan used to moan about drunks in church on xmas eve.

tell me about it lol, if you eat that it can be seen as iether a weght loss or weight gain technique

You probably know this but....

 

Eat many small meals, sleep several times a day, do as little exercise as possible except for heavy squats and wide grip chins etc. ie. heavy compound exercises.

 

Also, a short layof, then heavy training, can be better than blasting your body too regularly. Shock training as well - vary your exercises. Use your mind to push your workouts but give yourself plenty of time to recover (grow).

 

Plenty of complex carbs, fruit, vitamins and semi-skimmed milk and some protein powders.

 

Ironically, I always like to gain weight (muscle) but want my car to be as light as poss.
