Hi Was wondering if anyone can help, i have a zed none turbo, it seems to rev upto 2k rpm after warm up and remains there and sometimes it goes back down to 800rpm, it does it on a regular basis, i feel like it remains on choke but not sure, please help:no:

Check the water temp sensor, on top water pipe at front of engine, there are 2, the smaller one is for the temp gauge, you need to look at the bigger one, clean connection or maybe needs replacing mate

Or the idle valve at the back of the engine sticking, try tapping it to see if the revs drop

Mine does almost the opposite at the moment drops to about 400 rpm and is then fine after warm up
