Saw it online last night when looking for a sensible commuter bike. Fell in love with it and bought it today! 9000 miles 2009. Can't wait to pick it up. I will be careful on it.

Yeah I know it's not exactly a vfr or a gs adventure lol. I don't mind it just being a toy but it will do long distance commuting if I have to, it has the power and tall gears for it. I don't have a bad back or bad wrists or anything so I'll manage.

sound just like what i used to say until i had a go on a bandit i then realised i was barking up the wrong tree with sports bikes so i sold them would never go back to one now there just no good in the real world for every day use i love the look of them tho but i have learnt the lesson now not to buy a other one

Well I traded in my fz6s2 against it. IMAG0351.jpg

Which was an awesome all round bike but if I don't try a superbike I will never know what it feels like to have that acceleration and I will regret not finding out.

i like the old bike bet that is great to ride. if you have never had a super bike then your in for a big change in performance my blade was modded and would do 100mph in 1st gear to give you a idea of just how fast thay are its mind blowing

I know I am. that fazer isn't a fast bike but it's a fast vehicle. I weigh 65kgs, it has 100bhp it was as fast as my car. I hope I don't regret it, id have loved to keep that bike forever but I have always wondered about superbikes, before it's not allowed anymore I wanted one. I don't really want to go to big speed just love that thrust you get.

here is the bike i had SDC11925-1.jpg

Very clean bikes there mate, love the blade especially the sharp tail piece. I think the new cbr600 looks mean with that new nose.

thay are good but like i said done it and wouldnt do it again well i hope you enjoy it and you will but you can bet after a while you will miss the comfort of the fz

the blade was 175bhp after modding it was super fast the old ninja was more stable around 170mph tho the blade at 180mph was a but unstable

lol am sure thay will be most people will never see speeds like that but i just had to see what i feels like if you came off at them speeds its game over so anyone reading this please dont try this .all top speed were on private land to

Nice bike, zx10's are a bit bonkers and I'm positive you'll have a lot of fun on it !!! :)

I've always had sports bikes but between a sports bikes (pins in leg, fractured pelvis, 2 broken arms, this was just ONE accident !!! Lol) and rugby, they hurt too much. Got a z1000 now I've owned since new, went to Isle of Man on it last yr with no probs, on a sports bike you'd of had to lift me off with a crane !!!! :)

Top yoke conversion for a set of higher bars and its a commute friendly bike too:wink:

Thanks guys, I live near Durham and I'm posted to RAF Lossiemouth. I drove back the other day and it took 8.5 hours average of 38mph. So long behind lorries on the A9 single carriageway. On a bike you could sit at the speed limit but waft past them safely and if I averaged 60 it would take 5.5 hours.

On the plus side, Lossie has a bloody long runway :-D
