Search the How To.

You need an EL Panel, and in some cases black paint, and in all cases lots of patience.

looked but cant seem to find it

Yes and no, all reverse light panels can be made to illuminate, the panel splits in two, the back part can then be cut open or butchered if you like and lights can be attached to the car body just behind therefore shining through but some work still needs to be done to the front 300ZX area for this said light to work properly/crisply.

I also say no because when both parts of the panel are clamped back together there is no room inside for anything other than a coloured EL sheet.

These are my bespoke made chambers I did with strip remote RGB lights, meaning you're not stuck to the one single colour, these units are just plonked in the quarter windows and do work in unison with my 300ZX reverse light illumination, number pate lights and so on and so on !!

Hang on back  you said in post 1 you already had an illuminated panel and was inquiring about doing something in your quarter windows, which is why I posted what I had done for this area :thumbup1:.

my head hurts reading this.

Though I am curious as to how much you would do a rear panel for (I don't have the time to do it myself at the moment)
