Many thanks to scubanesh, have some rep for helping in this matter, i appreciate he is busy with his new job, but if you have outstanding parts awaiting to be sent he just needs to stay in touch with the parties involved, keep them informed to save any future hassles. :thumbup1:

I have still not recived the parts fron silversurfer that i have paid for. it is now taking the piss in my view!!!

I he has the time to take the money he should have the time to deliver the goods.

Cam a mod please take this on board and help sort this matter out?

If you could bud, if he did send it, he needs to provide proof of postage so that this issue can start to get resolved.

hi allan, im really sorry for not getting back sooner, ive just been so swamped with work that i have not been in line for a while, the parts were posted, my partner sent them but if you havnt recieved them ill happily give you a full refund, id like to assure you and everyone else on here that im genuine and not out to rip anyone off, let me know how you want the refund sorting and ill sort it today. again really sorry.

I never got my rad hose I paid for was told it was sent did eventuly get a refund though.

There is often a genuine reason for parts posted, not turning up, which is why its usually preferable to send items recorded, you have a way of tracking the item and saving future head aches.

I have had issues with Royal mail in the past and generally send recorded now, it doesnt cost much extra, but worth the peace of mind.

This been sorted now and I know Jody very well, he would never rip anyone off, but you do have to take into consideration that he is a bit of a retard !!!! :)

iv never had a problem with silver surfer when I got some stuff of him but the postal service is poor as groover saying recorded delivery the best way I send everything that way and I take my hat off to him as he willing to give a full refund

The situation is totaly out of order. If I was on the mod list I would be calling for the memberr to be banned.

He said the cheque I sent him went missing so I had to send another. he then said the parts were sent after being reminded plenty of times!

Now he said the parts have been sent and have gone missing in the post??? He offers a refund and has not complyed to that ether??>

This is a piss take!! In my view the intention to keep parts and money is his agenda. By the looks of it this has been done before.

 

I am really appalled that this is still going on in this club.

I am sorry to hear this mate - I would hope that it is all a misunderstanding or that Jody has a sound reason for not ensuring you received your parts or full refund. As you know, we do take such issues seriously and will do what we can to assist you; and do our best to make sure the risk of this happening again is reduced.
