If i was to upgrade then, what next?

I was thinking what next now. im thinking of a fuel pressure regulator and some injectors but there seem to be lot of choices to look at, dont want to go all out cas i have stock internals. But i do have a straght through decate exhaust, very large fmic, large aftermarket oil cooler, and the biggest k & n air filter, E.B.C . and new built tubs.

I just thought if and when i have all the bits on the list to do. and if i do i dont want to compromise any reliability or running issues. oh where to start? any good read ups or links, much appriciated thanks.
