what can you not do or access?

Strangely the only thread i cannot respond on, which earlier I was going to is, Mondos 91 TT thread...only displays quote button, which then throws up permissions not available.

 

I hadn't checked the others at the time, but I can repsond on all but the above....bit odd!

Nice one Steve and you were one of the first members I sent a membership pack out to when I became Membership Secretary. Are you still locked out of that one thread?

Its before my time on why its setup like that but more than likely to stop people cluttering up the journals.

That's right.....

 

We set up the journal section a long time ago for the benefit of members to post ongoing progress to their projects. Because this is an internet forum, upon which every man and his dog (could) have an opinion, it was decided back then that only the thread starter (plus mods/committee; as they have access to the whole forum by default) could post in the journal threads of individual members; that way each member's journal would remain free of spammers and unwelcome comments!!
