Suspension Bushes

The two suspension bushes that are on the top of the hub assembly that are atteched to the upper link rear and upper link front have gone on both sides and in turn has knaked my bridgestones in about 3k :( went to Nissan and they said they were £8 each but there on back order and it could be a month till they can get them they said the part num was 55157 33poo is this correct may be miss read as it is hand writen by dealer any one got any sugestions.

I looked at poly bushes but they dont seam to include these ones and realy didnt want to spend too much ether cos ive got to shell out another few hundred quid for some new tyres cos in the last week its taken about 1 mm off passenger side one
