Continuous whining doing my head in!

So ever since I've started using my zed again, I'm getting used to all the noises she makes again.

 

But the continuous faint whining (of viscous fan bearings?) is doing my head in, I can hear it faintly over the engine noise.

 

Is this a common problem (viscous fan bearing noise) and easy to fix? Or is it something else common?

 

Noticeable on idle, drops away a bit on revs.
