Just found this today after sorting a few things out. Does anyone know the possible manufacturer of this chip?

Looks like an STMicroelectronics OTP EPROM, ST27C256.

 

As for the map that's on it, most likely The Internet. Impossible to say without analysis, either by reading the contents directly or via the Consult port.

I am sure I only purchase my eproms from JD, AP and Zedworld in the past....... I thought it was from one of them?
