Traced it to what looks like a leaky Targa drain again, battery is 12.5v but there is a puddle under the fuse box ffs

Fuse box is bone dry even though the Targa pipe had popped out? Now what? Battery terminals are tight, sorted Targa drain plug out I'm at a loss as to what it is?

Found the issue, seems like something has caught the small wire to the start motor and snapped it in half, glad I broke down at the flat as yet to move my jacks and axle stands

up date on this, you have the main positive from the battery bolted to the rear of the start motor, just down from that you have a negative that clips via one wire into the loom, this wire is held in place on the start motor, by 2 small bendy bits of metal.

the fix was relatively easy, disconnect the battery, from under the car, uncurl the bendy bits of metal, put the wire back in place, and bend the bendy bits back over the wire and press down hard, secure the wire and plug it back in, reconnect the battery and job done.

Hard to work out how it snagged on something as it wasn't hanging down under the car, i know this as only a day ago i had to cut the cat temp sensor off the car as that was hanging, so specifically made sure to check to see if anything else was dangling about.

As i just moved closer to the town center, im wondering if a rodent or something has pulled it down, best check the engine bay for signs of rats / mice.
