Today is my 27th Birthday and for my my birthday I got a Z. I found a 1991 JSpec Fairlady N/A with 54,000 Km. It is in absolute mint condition. It was bought new in Japan by the previous owner. It was only driven in the summer and garaged in the winter. I'am very excited!

 

I'am new to the Z world but a motorhead none the less. I would appreciate any help/advise ect...

you'll probably regret not getting a twin turbo, there ;)

 

on a more serious note, congrats on getting a nice zed, i hope you have some happy zedding with it :)

Hi,

The NA 300ZX is a great sportscar and is much underrated, usually by people who've never driven one.

You obviously don't get that turbo surge, but they do go well and still have as much hp as most BMW coupes!

I was very happy with my manual NA, but you do have to rev them to get the last ounce of acceleration.On the bonus side there's less to go wrong than on the TT.

One question? How interchangable are the parts with the U.S. model. ie..brakes, engine components ect.
